SoUAnime has a variety of events lined up for 2026!
Super Smash Bros. Tournament
Rules:
Doubles elimination with best-of-three matches until the top 8, then best-of-five for the top 8 placements.
BYOC (Bring Your Own Controller): Systems and monitors will be provided, controllers will not.
Eligibility: Entrants must have a SoUAnime Convention badge to participate in the tournament. Registering for the tournament online will be provided prior to the convention dates, but will not guarantee participation unless entrants also have a SoUAnime Convention badge. Information regarding tournament registration will be available closer to the convention date.
Make Your Own Manga Workshop
Following the “Make a Manga” panel, there will be a coached workshop as con-goers put together their own manga!
Guest Meet & Greet / Autographs
Meet animator Mark Swan, author Alison Thompson, cosplayer Sakkumi and vtuber Hani Mitsubachi!
In addition to these events and experiences, SoUAnime also has a tabletop game room, video game room, screening room, a 360° camera platform, and manga library.
